Personal Data Protection

Yurax Project S.r.l. places great importance on respecting individual privacy. The policy related to the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data by institutions and community bodies is based on Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and Council, of October 23, 2018, on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data by the institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies of the Union and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 45/2001 and Decision No. 1247/2002/EC (Relevant text for the EEA).

“Personal data” means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more specific elements of their identity (see Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725). Generally, access to the information available on the Yurax Project S.r.l. website or through it does not require the provision of personal data. Finally, they may object to the processing of their data for overriding legitimate reasons.
• To exercise your rights or obtain additional information, you can directly contact the data controller.
• You may also contact the data protection officer who ensures, in each community institution, that data processing does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, to request an opinion on processing operations concerning you or carried out by you.
